BA-QC (Middle – Senior Level)

Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and quality gates for product features. You’ll translate business needs into clear specs (BRD/SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria), maintain traceability from requirements → tests → release, and help drive UAT and continuous quality improvement.
Your Role
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit/clarify requirements; maintain product backlog and change log.
- Produce/maintain BRD/SRS, user stories, use cases, data models, acceptance criteria (incl. Gherkin when useful).
- Build/maintain requirements traceability matrix linking specs ↔ test cases ↔ defects.
- Create test plan/strategy; design test cases (functional, regression, integration); support/coach execution.
- Coordinate UAT: plan, scripts, training, defect triage, sign-off.
- Contribute to QA automation readiness (identify candidates, define acceptance criteria and test data).
- Manage quality metrics and release readiness (defect leakage, test coverage, pass rate).
- Tools: Jira/Confluence, Figma, SQL for data checks, Postman for API verification.
What you bring?
Must-have:
- 5+ years as BA or hybrid BA + QC in Agile/Scrum.
- Strong documentation & communication; confident running discovery/workshops.
- Hands-on test design and defect management; basic SQL and API testing.
- Experience with traceability, scope/change control, and UAT coordination.
Nice to have:
- Experience in headless CMS/e-commerce/SaaS.
- Test automation exposure (Playwright/Cypress) and non-functional testing basics.
- Familiarity with analytics/telemetry to validate outcomes.
