Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS, Terraform)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong focus on AWS and Terraform. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture and hands-on experience in deploying and managing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions on AWS.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in using Terraform for infrastructure as code, enabling efficient environment setup and automation.
Your Role
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure reproducible and consistent environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance.
- Automate cloud operations and processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Conduct system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.
What you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with AWS cloud services (hands-on).
- Excellent hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, including networking, security, and database services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, AWS CodeBuild).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty) are highly desirable.
- HashiCorp certifications (e.g., Terraform Associate 003) are highly desirable.
