We are looking for an IT Helpdesk technician to join our team. The IT Helpdesk technician will be responsible for providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, hardware, and software. This will include, but not be limited to answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them

Your Role

  • Survey, install, deploy, configure hardware and software for the company’s information technology system such as: internal switchboard, LAN, Wifi, Router, Firewall, access control device, Camera, timekeeping, and other technological devices.
  • Training users of new application systems, and writing documentation.
  • Handle requests, and troubleshoot software/hardware on user devices.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
  • Implement and recommend warranty and maintenance of IT equipment.

What you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Information Technology, Computer Network Administration, Telecommunication, or a related degree are encouraged to apply.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a IT helpdesk
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
  • Can communication
