Quality Control Intern – Summer 2025

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Intern to join our software development team. The intern will assist in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products through meticulous testing, analysis, and reporting. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance within a dynamic and innovative tech environment.
What You Will Learn & Do?
- Assist in executing test cases and analyzing software functionality against defined requirements.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
- Review user interfaces and ensure compliance with design specifications and usability standards.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and provide regular updates on testing progress and outcomes.
- Support the development team in troubleshooting and reproducing reported issues.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of testing frameworks and processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Postman, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
