Talent acquisition Specialist (Intermediate)

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition cum Employer Branding to join our HR team. In this dual role, you’ll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts (70%) while also helping shape and amplify our employer brand (30%) to attract top-tier talent.
This role is crucial in attracting top talent and building a strong employer brand that reflects our culture, values, and vision. You will manage end-to-end recruitment while also designing and executing employer branding initiatives across multiple channels.
What You Will Learn & Do?
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, especially in tech and business-related roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Proactively source candidates via multiple channels: job portals, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
- Follow up with new hires and managers at key milestones (onboarding, mid-probation, probation end) to support retention and performance.
- Maintain recruitment databases, track hiring metrics, and continuously optimize the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Internal Engagement (30%)
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, career site, etc.).
- Create and promote content that showcases company culture, people, values, and achievements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to organize and promote internal activities/events (e.g., team-building, company anniversaries, recognition programs).
- Support initiatives that foster a strong internal culture, ensuring consistent messaging both inside and outside the organization.
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and other talent outreach activities.
- Monitor and evaluate branding efforts to enhance talent attraction and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding; startup experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills for both digital and offline content.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS, HR platforms, and branding tools (e.g., Canva, social media schedulers) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
