Technical Architect (.NET or NodeJS)

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Technical Architects with expertise in .NET/NodeJS and Cloud technologies to enrich our dynamic team. In this crucial role, your responsibilities will encompass the architectural design, strategic development, and continuous advancement of our web and cloud-based applications.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, coupled with the ability to adeptly navigate and integrate cloud solutions. This role requires a balance of independent initiative and collaborative teamwork, ensuring both innovative solutions and cohesive project development.
Your Role
- Designing, developing, and implementing software architecture solutions using either .NET or Node.js frameworks.
- Leading the technical design process, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
- Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams.
- Guiding the team in coding, development, and problem-solving.
- Ensuring compliance with IT standards, policies, and architectural plans.
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
What you bring?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with extensive experience using either .NET or Node.js (Express, Nest.js) frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and deploying large-scale projects from scratch, showcasing a deep understanding of system architecture and design.
- Familiar with modern software architecture principle and framework like Serverless, Domain-driven design, Microservices Architecture, Clean Architecture, CQRS.
- Proficiency in creating robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a strong grasp of cloud-native architecture and deployment strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong experience in DevOps practices and tools, able to set up CI/CD pipelines, and automate testing and deployment processes.
- Proven track record in performance tuning, optimization, and scaling applications.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), capable of guiding decisions on user interface and user experience design.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a portfolio of projects showcasing your end-to-end involvement.
- Cloud certification like AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or GCP Professional Cloud Architect are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor developers and guide teams towards successful project completion.
