The SABECO Outlet App (‘the App’) is developed by EmeSoft JSC under commission from SABECO Corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, used, and protected when operating the App. The App is intended exclusively for SABECO’s authorized field and operational staff (OA users).
2. Information We Collect
The App collects limited operational and identification data strictly for internal business purposes. All user accounts and identifiers are pre-assigned and managed by SABECO Corporation. Users do not create or register their own accounts.
The following types of data may be collected:
– User Identifiers: Pre-assigned account ID, username, and employee code used for authentication and task assignment.
– Photos and Videos: Check-in images, proof of preparation, and activity documentation.
– Usage Data: Timestamps for check-in and check-out, task progress, and completion logs.
– Gameplay Data: Results of mini-games or promotional program outcomes.
– Operational Inputs: Sales data, gift quantity, and notes recorded by OA users.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
All collected data is used solely for operational reporting and program management within SABECO’s internal system. The purposes include task tracking, completion verification, and performance evaluation.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
The App does not share or sell any user data to third parties. All data is securely stored within SABECO’s managed infrastructure. EmeSoft JSC may access limited data for maintenance or troubleshooting under SABECO’s authorization.
5. Data Retention
Collected data is retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes or as required by SABECO’s internal policies.
6. Data Security
SABECO Corporation and EmeSoft JSC implement technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption and access control.
7. User Rights and Controls
OA accounts are pre-assigned by SABECO. Users cannot independently register or delete accounts but may contact administrators for data corrections.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under 13. All users are authorized adult employees of SABECO Corporation.
9. International Data Transfers
All data is stored and processed within Vietnam. No data is transferred internationally unless authorized by SABECO.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
SABECO and EmeSoft reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Updates will be communicated internally or on the App Store listing.
